Good Evening all
Further to the announcement from Swim England regarding diving & pool depths please note that there are to be no dives from the shallow end of the pools and all relay takeovers at the shallow end are to be done in the water.
All warmups are 6pm for a 630pm gala start except
Redditch which is 5pm w/up for a 5.30pm start
Perdiswell which is 6.15pm w/up 6.45pm gala start
