After some feedback from last night’s galas I thought it was worth re-releasing Hayley’s helpful gala organisation email from last year:
Hi all
I have created a simple task list which hopefully will help with the organisation and on the 2nd tab I have added in the jobs that are needed.
Remember you can ask other clubs in your gala to help with jobs/officials that you don’t have enough volunteers for.
When I email the clubs prior to the gala I cc in all the club contacts & league rep so please contact them if needed – they will also be happy to help if asked.
If you are still struggling after this then please contact me and I can try and help.
